"At C" is made of the fusion of American composer Terry Riley's piece In C with ancient Irish music, is a 1.5 hour piece for strings, woodwinds, 3 female Sean Nos singers and an Irish storyteller.
A video projection is used to contrast iconic natural places of Ireland (including underwater) against today's images of the over-construction. Three mermaids and a tree will speak in Irish and develop the dialectic of eternal Ireland/new Ireland.
